Welcome to Jacked Vegans! We’re one of the fastest-growing vegan coaching programs in the world. Our mission is to help vegan men and women (just like you!) shred fat, build muscle, tone up, and get fit.
Our vegan fitness coaching is based on five pillars: Nutrition, Training, Accountability, Sustainability, and Lifestyle Change.
Most people around the world spend their life on a yo-yo cycle, jumping from diet to diet, placing crazy restrictions, losing a bunch of weight and gaining it back.
The problem with this approach is that every time you put yourself in a crash diet, your metabolism slows down – it’s called metabolic adaptation – and when this happens fat burning, and weight loss become hard and harder.
Why this happens?
Let’s go back in time to when we were nomads, and didn’t have readily available food everywhere, weight loss and fat loss represented danger (back then starving to death was a real possibility), so our bodies developed defense systems against weight loss.
So when you diet, it triggers alarms, and a bunch of processes happen in your body to prevent weight loss, and the more times you crash diet, the worse it gets.
What you need instead? A sustainable approach that allows you to lose weight and keep it off forever. We accomplish this by using different phases in the program – you’ll go through fat loss, maintenance, and muscle gain phases. Each phase will have specific goals tailored to you and you’ll learn how to live a balanced life where you can easily sustain your gains and new bodyweigth.

As soon as you join Jacked Vegans, you’ll be sent a questionnaire where you’re gonna tell us everything we need to know about you to build out your initial plans.
That means:
Current Body Composition
Age, height, weight, body measurements, and starting pictures.
Then nutrition Background:
What are you doing now when it comes to nutrition, what have you tried in the past, the foods you like and foods you dislike.
Then you will tell us about training:
The goals you wanna accomplish, the equipment that you have access to, the number of days per week you can train, the lifts that you know how to perform on your own, and the ones you don’t, and if you have any injuries.
Then you will tell us about your schedule:
Time you wake up, time you go to bed, time you will workout.
And finally a bit of medical history to make sure we’re on the same page.
Your nutrition plan will tell you everything you need to do from the moment you wake up, until the moment you go back to bed.
The plan will come with a set number of daily meals, and every meal will specify the number of grams of protein, carbs and fats you will need to eat.
We will also provide a list of foods, so all you gotta do is go to the market, pickup whatever you feel like eating from that list, weigh it, cook it and eat it. And if you need help with a meal plan, we’ll provide that as well to get you started.
We’ll also tell you which supplements to take, how to take them and when to take them.
We’re gonna teach a food tracking system that you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life so that you never fall off track.
We can set up your training at a gym or at home, up to you!
Then, we’ll establish a number of sessions per week ranging from 3-6, every session will come with a list of exercises for the day.
Every exercise comes with a demo video, all you gotta do is click on it, and you’ll see how it’s done.
We’ll also tell you the number of sets, reps, and weight or equipment that you need to use for each exercise.
And you’ll have the option send us technique videos to get feedback, and we’ll make sure you’re using perfect form for everything.
You’ll get 1:1 messenger chat with your coach, that means UNLIMITED chat, quick replies to your questions, fast support when you most need it, and it’ll allow you to reach out to your coach at ANY time.
We’re gonna be there every single day holding you accountable to the process and to your goals.
We’ll also check in with you daily, yes daily – except Sundays and holidays, and every day you’ll send us a summary of your body composition tracking, and we’ll provide daily feedback about how to get better (takes 2.5 min to do a daily check-in).
Every week we have four – optional – group calls for extra support in case you need it: Every Monday we host a Nutrition Q&A where you can join and basically ask anything nutrition-related, that is macros, calories. Gilian from the OmTwiins runs these calls, and she’s our nutrition wizard.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday we have mindset calls with Julian, he’ll help you build an indestructible mindset with exercises, goal setting, and will make sure you get rid of ANY limiting beliefs that you might have. Some clients have nailed raises, promotions, and even found their dream partner by coming to these calls.
Every Thursday we have a presentation/ Q&A where we talk about different nutrition and training topics, these calls are lecture style and are more educational. These calls are led by Josh Thomson, our head exercise specialist, he’s VERY smart and you’ll learn a lot about nutrition and training just by attending these calls.
Lastly, every Friday we have a women power call (just for the ladies) that’s led by Eileen, also from OmTwiins, in this call all of our jacked vegan ladies get together to talk about mindset. Eileen fills you with motivation, drive, and unstoppable momentum so you crush every single goal. These calls are INCREDIBLY popular amongst our jacked vegan ladies.
And one of the coolest things, you’ll also get access to our VIP Community of Jacked Vegans, we have over 150 awesome members from all over the world, and you’ll be able to meet a bunch of really cool, good looking, and awesome people who are striving to become better versions of themselves.
