Vegan raspberry & chia pudding

½ cup chia seeds
6.5oz coconut or almond milk
1 apple (sliced)
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2/3 cup raspberries
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon maple syrup
How to prepare
1 – Divide the chia seeds into two portions, pour vegan milk over seeds and mix lightly. Stir every few minutes until mixture has thickened.
2 – Blend raspberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup for 30 seconds. Mix raspberry blend into the chia bowl.
3 – Add apple slices and cranberries on top of each portion before serving.
