3 Navel oranges
2 Red Anjou pears
How to prepare
1 – Thoroughly wash the pears and oranges, then peel and remove the core from the pears only.
2 – Grate half a teaspoon of zest from one of the oranges, and then peel them. Remove any tough chunks of pith (the white stuff between segments).
3 – Put the orange segments in a food processor or blender together with pear chunks and orange zest.
4 – Blend until completely smooth, then pour the liquid into popsicle molds. Freeze until completely solid and enjoy!
