2 blood oranges
2 jaffa or navel oranges
2 pink grapefruit
½ cup coconut shavings
2 tablespoons honey
How to prepare
1 – Peel and remove segments from 2 grapefruit and 1 jaffa orange.
2 – Cut the other jaffa oranges, blood oranges, and the lime into ¼ inch slices, cutting sideways across the fruit.
3 – Mix segments and slices together, then divide into 7 portions.
