Right now, if you’re not being consistent with your health and fitness, I encourage you to go and look at your spending habits. I can almost guarantee that if you’re struggling with consistency when it comes to health and fitness, you’re not directing as much of your money towards your health and fitness and that’s why you’re struggling with consistency.
So invest some money in your fitness. Hire a personal trainer, hire a coach, buy a nutrition program, buy a training program, or sign up for a coaching program. I can guarantee that if you put some more money on the line when it comes to your health and fitness, you’re gonna be consistent.

If you, for example, hire a personal trainer, and then you have a session that’s a hundred dollars an hour, and you miss that session that you’re basically going to be burning a hundred dollars.
